*SHEN VOLLEYBALL INFORMATION MEETING*
The information meeting is scheduled for June 3rd for students grades 9-12 at high school east at 2:50-3:15 pm. We will meet in room 119 of high school east. The Middle school meeting for grades 6-8 will be also held on June 3 at 3:40 pm in the Koda white gymnasium. Information regarding summer programming and fall tryouts will be handed out during these two meetings. If you are unable to attend the scheduled meeting please contact Coach Coletta at colejohn@shenet.org or by phone at 881-0390 x62553. Bus passes for both high school and middle school students will be provided.

Shen Boys Volleyball Camp Open Registration
The camp date is set for August 4th-8th at Koda middle school from 8:30-12:30 pm . All boys in grades 5-12 can register for the camp.

Middle School Volleyball Showcase January 28 & 29
Attention Shen girls and boys volleyball players! Come join us as we put on a volleyball showcase at the middle school during their volleyball unit. What a great way to share a fantastic sport! Any interested students are encouraged to sign up at the showcase to learn more about our volleyball program. Off Season Weight Lifting Program Begins 11/12
Weight lifting program begins on Tuesday November 12th in the high school east weight room. All interested individuals should attend as we will be doing pre testing on Tuesday for a baseline. In addition to weight lifting, we will be starting a jump program. These sessions will run on every Tuesday and Thursday from 2:50-4:00 pm. It is a great opportunity to start the process towards another season of success. If you cannot make the first session plan on attending the next available opportunity.
